2021 B.A.A. Half Marathon Custom Training Calendar

Our 2021 B.A.A. Half Marathon Training Calendar Starts June 1st. This is a 16 week training plan. Race day is Monday October 11th. This Training Option Includes:

  • Coaching Consult (schedule via the form upon check out)

  • Fully Personalized Calendar including custom paces, long run days, types of workouts, etc.

  • Pre-Training and Pre-Race Sports Psychology Workshop

  • Live virtual Strength and Speed workout each week

  • Written strength and speed workout (if you don’t plan on using the virtual options)

  • On Demand access to our MYSTRYDE Train on demand portal with virtual speed workouts, strength workouts, long runs, and recovery classes

  • Pre Training meet and great with your coaches and others running the Boston Marathon or a race at similar timing

  • Access to the MYSTRYDE Train Strava group
