STRONG BASES. FAST RACES.
We believe that going into a race training cycle with a solid base is imperative to both performance and injury prevention. This self executed program is designed to lay the ground work for training by building mileage and endurance and prepping you to add speed.
The program includes 4 days of running, including 2 easy days, 1 race pace run and 1 long run, building in distance to 7-8 miles. Your training will be hosted on the training app V.02, with easy access to your calendar through their app, as well as smart watch integration.
While this program does not include a dedicated 1:1 coach, you will have access to a slack group where coaches can answer training questions and you can connect with other runners gearing up to race.
Once you’ve completed your base building program, we recommend rolling into a 16 week 1:1 program with one of our certified coaches who can help you work toward your specific training goals.
