This runners-specific strength program is designed to improve your performance and prevent injuries. The program is designed by a Physical Therapist, strength and conditioning specialist and running biomechanics expert with deep understanding of the muscles and movements that most often break down or limit performance in runners. With a 3 or 6 month option, the program is broken down into 4-5 week training blocks each emphasizing a different training goal.

With the All Access Program, you will receive access to a training portal with all workouts, videos and materials you will need for either 3 or 6 training blocks. The program will focus on a few “core exercises” that will build over the course of the program, as well as some fresh new exercises each block.

All Access portal will include:

  • Access to full videos that guide you through each monthly workout set with in depth form cuing, education on relationship to injuries and why we're doing each exercise

  • Monthly email with new exercises and video demos on each exercise for form reminders

  • Templates for tracking each workout and monthly progress

  • Additional information on how to utilize training and progress it

  • Bonus maintenance workout material to utilize throughout

    This program is for any runners looking to add strength to their training cycle whether you're experienced or totally new to strength training. We will provide modifications to accommodate all levels.

    It can also be utilized in conjunction with a race training cycle, but is also highly effective if used independent of a run training program.
