1:1 Coaching
Ready to take your training to the next level? Let’s get personal. Our 1:1 coaching takes a more personal approach to race prep and gives you the feedback and accountability you need to reach your goals. Whether you’re just starting out, or chasing down a PR, 1:1 coaching is a great option for someone looking for a little more hands on attention.
Our 1:1 Coaching option pairs you with a MYSTRYDE certified coach who will work with you to build a plan that fits your goals. You coach will work with you to create a plan and help you to execute it step by step, with weekly workouts and feedback throughout your training cycle to get you to the starting line feeling faster and stronger. The 1:1 coaching option can be used to help you train for a race, get back into running, or stay fit.

1:1 attention throughout your training cycle, including weekly feedback within our coaching platform and unlimited access to your coach via text or email

Weekly updated training program built around your needs and goals
Access to MYSTRYDE Train On-demand portal with 16 week speed and strength programs, as well as hundreds of run, strength and recovery workouts at your fingertips
Pre-race planning meeting

Custom Calendar
Looking for structure and guidance to reach your training goals? Our training calendar offers a personalized plan based on your goals, paces and lifestyle. Our coaches work with you to build a plan that fits your needs and sets you up for success as you build toward race day.
Training calendars are ideal for runners who are comfortable executing the training on their own. We’ll set you up with all the tools you need to succeed, and a monthly check in to course correct and stay on track! Training calendars can be used to train for any race, maintain fitness, or as a beginner/return runner.
Includes:
Initial consult with your coach
Fully Personalized Calendar including custom paces, long run days, types of workouts, etc.
Monthly phone call check-ins with your coach
Written strength and speed workout (if you don’t plan on using the virtual options)
