FALMOUTH ROAD RACE PROGRAM

Training STARTS: June 16 | Race day: AUGUST 17

MYSTRYDE Train is partnering with Marathon Sports and ASICS to bring you a group training program for the Falmouth Road Race on August 17th.

Choose from 7 different training plans, from beginner to advanced. Training plans will be hosted on the V.02 App, with options to sync your workouts directly to your watch.

IThe program will kick off event and shop night at Marathon Sports to meet the group coaches and other runners in the program, and we will keep the camaraderie going with group training runs and pre and post race meet ups.

TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES

  • 9 Week Training Plan for Half Marathon

      • 5x running per week (advanced only)

  • Training calendar hosted V.02 training platform with option to upload training to a watch
