Run Coach - Boston, MA

I am Financial Analyst by day, and a trainer and a coach in between. I have has been running for over 10 years, and am incredibly passionate about it. I have run 6 full marathons — two Boston Marathons — along with countless other races and distances. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing coaches and mentors over the years that have molded me into the athlete that I am today, and I am excited to be able to share what I have learned from them with my own athletes. I am a Certified Run Coach through Road Runners Club of America, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA.

Coaching Philosophy

My entire coaching philosophy is built around finding new limits with a little bit of grit & grace, falling (and staying) in love with running, and about getting you to whatever your finish line is safely and in a healthy headspace. As your coach, it is my mission to be a reliable and supportive sounding board day or night, and to help you find out what you are truly capable of.

Why I Run

Running changed my life during a time when I wasn’t quite sure who I was or where I fit. I now coach, not only because I love the sport and the community it brings (if you don’t know what I mean, go spectate a race), but because I want every single athlete to feel what it’s like to have someone believe in you even when you may not believe in yourself. I’ve learned some of the most important lessons of my athletic career from coaches: embracing every up and down a training cycle offers and taking something from every run, good or bad. Every person deserves to feel the sheer joy and sense of accomplishment that comes with crossing the finish line - and I want to help you get there.

Favorite Race

Boston Marathon.

Specifically 2018 - the “Hurricane”. I had the absolute time of my life! The crowds were UNREAL, even more so than usual, knowing we were all out there battling brutal conditions.
