Run Coaching Options

  • 1:1 COACHING

    The 1:1 coaching option pairs you with a coach to take you from base building to race day and beyond. This plan includes weekly updated plans hosted on our coaching platform, unlimited communication with your coach, maintenance and base building, as well as targeted race training and race planning for whatever is on your schedule. You and your coach will work as a team to build the ideal training for you and continue to work toward your long term goals from race to race.

    We believe in the importance of building and maintaining a base to both improve performance and keep our runners healthy. We have seen first hand the effects of consistent training outside of a race season. If your schedule allows, we encourage our athletes to work with our coaches for at least 6 months.

  • SEASONAL GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS

    Each season we offer a custom training plan option centered around community training and group support. Regardless of where you live or what race is on your schedule, this program includes a custom training plan, monthly check in with your coach and access to our ondemand portal. You also get the added bonus of group virtual and in person events if you are local to Boston, a group communication platform, and a community of runners all training for similar goals to keep you on track and motivated.
