Run Coach - Boston, MA

I went through high school and college professing, “I am an athlete, but not a runner”. Though willing to run 5ks with friends, the concept of training and racing remained inconceivable to me. When gyms shut down in 2020, my thirst for physical activity led me to reconsider my mindset towards running. I became curious about how far my feet and my mental toughness could take me. Running taught me how to overcome discomfort and push past my self-imposed limits. It gave me a relentless spirit that serves me on and off the course. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion within the running space, and believe it is time we amplify all paces, sizes, and backgrounds in the sport.

I have taught group fitness classes at MYSTRYDE. Additionally, I am a certified Road Runners Club of Americas Run Coach and a certified Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I serve on the national board of the Running Industry Diversity Coalition.

Coaching Philosophy

As a coach, I help my athletes build both physical and mental strength to be the most empowered, confident, and joyous version of themselves in pursuit of their running goals. I believe all running must be rooted in a why. I support athletes in articulating their purpose on good days, and especially on tough ones, so that they can strive toward unleashing their own big potential. And, I love a good mantra to guide a run!

Why I Run

I run to deepen my connection with myself and be in community. It grounds me and gives me a sense of strength like nothing else.
